Jerry is a super kind man. He’s overly generous even if he is “to the point”. You won’t get a lot of fluff from Jerry. However, if it’s a professional job you want from a man/company of skilled artisans, this is your one stop. I can’t say enough about them.
Customer service skills is very poor... i was not spoken to with respect... you cant be providing your service to the public and your customer service skill is so low. i would not recommend master craftsmen i my life depended on it.
