Greenmark at Andrews Apartments

We lived here from March 2023 to March 2024 in a one-bedroom, second-floor unit. The apartment was small but workable, and we didn’t hate our time here, but several ongoing issues made us decide not to renew. Main issues we experienced: • A metal access panel above the shower constantly leaked, rusted over time, and drained into the tub, causing permanent orange staining. The office did have cleaners come early on (I’ll attach a photo), but the leak was never resolved and maintenance said there wasn’t a permanent fix. • The laundry room light stopped working due to water dripping into the glass globe fixture and shorting it out. • Cracked tiles in the laundry room. • Older stove — an electric coil had to be replaced because it was broken when we moved in. • Limited storage space, especial

I clean apartment 812 every month and I love the layout and the enclosed balcony/patio. The baths are great with a deep tub and a large glass door enclosed shower. The living area is huge and the kitchen is nice with so many cabinets that are beautiful with a bar that is in between kitchen and LR.

The manager Johnny is an amazing person. Was at the property early before opening hours and he showed me around and gave me all the information needed. Property is well kept even met the landscaper. Apartment is clean and move in ready.

For the most part I feel comfortable here but do wish that there was assigned parking because when I get in any time after 5 pm, I have to park quite a distance from my apartment and it’s not easy when you have your hands full with groceries and kids. My second complaint would have to be that there’s dog poop everywhere. I don’t even have a pet and there’s always dog poop in the grass area just outside my apartment. It is disrespectful to all tenants and I wish management would crack down on the people, not cleaning up after their pets. The new management isn’t quite as sweet and kind as Lexi was, but maybe it is just a difference in personalities. First two weeks at Greenmark, quiet and well kept grounds. Mr Johnny was quick to move me in with in a couple days of applying. Very greatful for that. The maintenance manager Jason as well! We requested washer and dryer installed and they were ready to use the Very next day. All around great crew, great place to rest after long work day. Thank you gentlemen.
