Shelley had her assistant giving me details on one of her listings. I felt like it was something I was interested in and wanted. I paid for the application and got approved. I went down to her office to discuss on this property. Shelley went back on her word and changed the pricing and the month to month lease to a 6 month lease. That was not the original agreement. I have decided to no longer do business with them. Shelley and her assistant are not on the same page. We had agreed on some numbers and conditions before I paid my $40 application fee. I feel like they got me to pay the application fee then changed our agreement. That is unfair and unprofessional. I would not recommend this realty.
Avoid renting from them at all costs.
Do not use them. Horrible people and full of attitude.
