Massimo was a very helpful realtor. He was our agent during the 2022 interest rate turmoil. He was very patient and helped us look at many many houses. We were moving from several states away, so he was willing to go through houses on video calls. He also met me at the airport and drove me around all day to look at houses the one time I was able to come to look in person. After we closed on the house he was also helpful with arranging some contractors and cleaning for us. He also helped the contractors get access to the house before we arrived in town.
