Massey Plaza

I live near here and the complex is quite nice and has good upkeep. Just be aware at 8:30am (almost) every morning, maybe mon-fri, a nearby house lets their big dog out, which barks constantly, then one of the tenants that resides in this complex SCREAMS profanity out of his window at the dog, which is louder and more disturbing than the dog barking. To the point you wonder if the tenant has mental issues based on what he yells.

Massey Plaza is Owned by an H.C. Massey. He owns several apts complexes, houses, duplexes in the ghettos of Ogden, Utah in Weber and Davis County. He is a SLUMLORD & A CROOKED BUSINESS MAN. He hides behind rental laws, lawyers, judges & law enforcement. He is also a racist. He favors Blacks. And discriminates against white people. I hope that one day fate will knock him up side his head. And he will be brought to justice for his deceitful, lieing,

They've recently been remodeled an their rent is affordable. Nice location, good neighborhood.

Horrible place. Do not ever move here.
