My wife and myself have worked with Mary Lynn Realty for the past 10 years. They have managed our properties for that period of time and we would refer them to anyone that would like a great property manager. They are very reliable and they have wonderful people working for them.

The reason I give two stars is twofold. I must say this first though that I nearly always give five stars because I love giving great feedback and here I need to give more honest feedback, wish the company does get the extra star because the service was good during my lease, however. Is time that renters can speak out about the deposit fraud that many landlords are playing the game knowing that we are not going to file a lawsuit, which more than likely we're not going to get anywhere anyway, just for a few hundred dollars. In my situation I easily left my condo in Daytona Beach January 2023 looking and smelling much better than when I started, but the actual owner, not a representative which I love the family and how they are operating their business as a family, directly cut into my depos

Best real estate office in town. All the people that work there are so polite and super professional. I have been renting properties from them for almost 5 years. Whenever there is an issue with the home, they get it handled right away. It is a family business and it shows, from top to bottom. When I have enough saved, I will be utilizing them for my purchase. I can't see any reason to use any other real estate people. Thank you Mary Lynn!

Unfortunately our experience with their realtors was not helpful. We used their Management on a rental for about 3 yrs. When we decided to sell we of course honored our contract to use them. The agent put the sale price way too high for the neighborhood which we did point out After a month my husband went up ( we live 3 hrs away ) and there were some repairs and the yard needed clean up. So..we trusted them to take care of those things and the price was lowered at that time. Here we are 3 mo. Later...no offers so we had another realtor go in to see what was going on. Well.. The repairs were never done The front door was ruined along with the stove . It needed to be replaced! It was disgusting! The house never should have been shown in that condition!! We started renting our Pelican Bay condo through Mary Lynn Realty back in July of 2021. We've been very pleased with the process and with our property manager, Nicole. We arrived at a good rental price, and they have people who can fix smaller issues at reasonable prices. Their rate is fair and we've uncovered no hidden costs. This has been a good experience for us!
