I am the 2nd owner of a house built by Marvin Homes in 2021. Shortly after purchasing it, I noticed a small leak coming from a porch that discolored the garage ceiling. I called Marvin to see if they could help. Richard and Dave came out the following day to look at the damage. They took immediate action by rebuilding the porch floor seal, they then repaired the garage ceiling damage. I am a business owner and I was so impressed by their quick response, attention to detail and the fact that they stood behind the home they built, that I decided to write this review. Thank-you Richard, Dave and the entire Marvin Homes Team. I highly recommend this company.
