Martinique Terrace Apartments

First they got our car towed for which we paid $200 now they changed the lock our the apartment for which I don’t have any key and now at 7:00 pm i am sitting in my car with my apartment locked, don’t know what to do where to go .These people will always find a way to screw you. Put the complaint for air conditioning not Working ,after 5 months now its winter time basically just no need to get it fixed , but the problem was never fixed . It’s been two months now that our cloth dryer is not working and still no action, and same for the oven and after waiting a lot when we go to office with any issue the woman there don’t know how to talk respectfully

Anytime I've had a problem the maintenance men have been really quick to fix the issue very satisfied with office workers manger and maintenance! Been here 4 years and im very pleased to live here until im ready to buy a home.

Erin, and Armonee are awesome, they are making the changes is our apartments to get things in order from before, maintenance works orders get handle in a timely fashion.. Erin and Armonee will make sure all problems and issues are handled.. Great Team at Martinique Terrance 😊😊

I appreciate them coming. I came because of a consistent pest problem. Rats, mice, spiders, gnats… Bugs seem to make their way into this apartment from somewhere. The most recent are crickets. I’ve killed 5 since maintenance or whoever came so I’m not sure what was done. The blinds were changed though. Haven’t had to wash so I’m not sure about the washer, which they said was new but doesn’t lock to change cycles unless I bang on it Woke up to this poor Jiminy laid out in the kitchen I will say the new property mgr does seem to be on top of things though and is very concerned. Seems like she’s doing the best she can with what she has to work with Edit: had to update and add another star. It appears after that first day that I haven’t seen anymore. That is a positive in my book because

Armonee is wondering ,very knowledgeable of what needs to be done, Erin is awesome, on top of getting things together..Both of them needs a raise.. They hard work keeps me staying at Martinique Terrance 😊😊
