the people in the office are terrible the woman at the front desk Julia, has an attitude when you call them and refuses to send you to any higher ups. They talk about the residents all the time and forge peoples signatures on documents so they don’t get in trouble. Maintenance so nonchalantly does their jobs by conversating and messing around not even getting the work done and when they do the work it just breaks down again. when we complain we get Julia at the front desk and won’t take any complaints.

It's a nice place, it has its ups and downs but the apartments are larger than most senior living complexes and each unit has its own washer and dryer. The common areas are furnished to encourage socialization. The biggest complaint I hear from residents is the geese. The management is in the process of cutting down the population in the right manner. It is close to a major grocery store which is walkable Had originally given 5 stars but changed it because now they are telling the seniors they can't work on puzzles in the common area. This is a big part of their socialization and every senior place has one. The residents are very upset over this. I live in this wonderful place. The people are wonderful there’s plenty activities with the residents. The Maintenance Department is quick to make repairs

Other than the nasty carpet and managements refusal to fix it, they are nice and quiet. The view from my lr window is wonderful. Small woods and lots of wildlife.

It's perfect for your Gramps and grams because everyone's so peaceful and nice also quiet and my grandfather lives there and he says he lives it there.
