Marquee on 5th

We had a wonderful experience while living at the Marquee on 5th! Reanie, the lease manager, was always friendly, professional, and helpful, making the leasing process smooth and easy. Mark, who handled all maintenance and repairs, was fantastic—quick, efficient, and always reliable. Both of them made living here such a positive experience. We highly recommend the Marquee on 5th to anyone looking for a great apartment community!

I will definitely give a 5 star rating. The manager Reanie is the best as well as Mark. They respond promptly to your needs at all times. The community is a great place to live with all their ultramodern amenities. Security is top notch. For a place to live again, I will always choose here.

The resident manager Reanie is awesome. She’ll let me know if this come up through text and email. She has snacks for dogs and yourself to come get. They even have resident appreciation week for us residents! Marc the maintenance man is always on top of things. Things get done with him around.

I really loved living at the Marquee! I needed a place short term, and they offer short term leases. Water and electric are included, so the only outside bill is internet with Cox. And the Marquee provides the modem. I’m super sensitive to scents, especially cigarette smoke. The entire community is no smoking, therefore my apartment didn’t smell of stale cigarettes. There is no carpet to hold odors either. All apartments have been remodeled and are very modern, with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Microwave, and front loading washer and dryer are included. There is not a bathtub, only a shower. Pets are welcome. There is a fenced in dog area to let your dog run around freely. Dogs are supposed to be under 35 pounds but I noticed larger dogs than that on the

This is a really nice, clean and quiet property. The manager, Reanie, is absolutely the best.
