Marquee homes has far exceeded my expectations on a custom home builder! I am writing this post as the build on my home is still under way currently, about the start drywall. The professionalism and customer service is on point! I have thrown every curve ball at Marquee homes to perform and they have delivered! A lot of people have mentioned how stressful a new home build can be from their own personal experiences... Well, I’m in the stressing part of the build and I love every minute of it not being stressed! Honestly, I have felt part of the Marquee family the whole part of the build! Crooks! Failed to return my security deposit within the state-mandated 45 days and did so (only once I reminded them) with bogus deductions. Their lazy management style will leave you with broken appliances/services and a poorly-administered property. They performed no on-site inspection when I moved in, presenting me with a home that had several broken window locks, paint splattered everywhere and crudely covered-up holes in walls and cracks in paint with a noticeably different shade. The move out inspector noted that I might have to pay to clean the microwave; for this they kept over $200 of my security deposit. Despite their seemingly mandatory cleaning price tag, they failed to remove the pet hair from the carpets from the previous tenant which I continued to sweep and vacuum up u
