Horrible! Words can't describe how unkind this man was to me. He came across friendly and supportive UNTIL....months into my rent he started building a house literally in the back yard without telling me. Tore up the driveway, construction workers on the property all day and even till 9pm (at least once I know about), potter potty placed on the driveway, made my living experience on edge and felt unsafe to let my kids play outside without my watch in the driveway. Once I mentioned the inconvenience of the building project the owner became defensive and absolutely unwilling to bend on ANYTHING for me and made my responsibilities for the home completely unrealistic. I’ve previously rented from keystone homes and they were great. Would definitely rent from them again. Michelle was extremely helpful.
