Home Inspections by Jamison & Company

My husband and I purchased a new home from a local builder. Before our one year warranty was set to expire, we had Jamison and Company do a New Homes Inspection. Jamison was polite, knowledgeable and thorough. We have been working with the builder to fix the problems that were found. We are so glad we took the time to have this inspection done. E.H.

Jamison is very thorough inspector. This is my first time doing a home inspection and you get the feeling he is taking the time to explain the entire process. As you should during an inspection you pretty much go over every inch from the outside-in. This process doesn’t feel rushed and he makes sure that you understand completely what your looking at and what the comments in the report mean. The inspection was scheduled promptly and a detailed report was delivered by the end of the day. Also very personable. Highly recommended!!

An inspector from this company came to inspect our daughters home and poked holes through the wood on the trim of both the front and back doors. It looked like there was some type of solution poured on the front door. They left both looking worse than before they had a professional touch it up. They didn’t touch anything back up, left trash outside and inside of the home, left sockets sitting on the floor, a recess light wasn’t put back in properly and their living room blinds were terribly messed up. This company has no integrity by leaving a home they were trusted to be in in worse shape than before they entered it. Jamison was great, and conducted a thorough inspection. He took the time to walk me through the whole process and explain to me a lot of what he was looking for and what would need replaced/repaired and why/how. He also gave me recommendations on who I could go to for quality and affordable repair work.

I was really impressed by the attention to detail that Jamison exhibited when he looked into our next home. He provided a very thorough report, with excellent photos. He and his staff have been easy to communicate with and have been prompt with replies. Definitely would use again.
