Marnie Custom Homes

I can't imagine why Marnie designed a home with spotlights in the facias on all levels, even those without a deck below. The light pollution is excessive and is annoying to all the neighbors. It ruins the view of the moon, as shown below. Don't let her do this to your house.

Marnie did a design for us when we were on Big Beach Builds. The design was beautiful. It was well thought out and unique. The use if space for a tiny bathroom was inspired. We did not get to spend any time with her, so I cant speak to that part of the process. I assume when you are a regular customer it works differently. I don't believe they did the construction, so I cant comment on that process either. The design and use of space however, was beautiful.
