We are approaching two months since the completion of our build with Evergreene. To say we are pleased with the outcome, would be an understatement. After almost four years of trying to find a reputable builder, we found our Salesperson, Pete Khalaf. He immediately put us at ease by assuring that what was promised would be delivered, and he kept his word. We began our build in May of 2025, and I am now sitting in my living room in December 2025 enjoying the beauty of our neighborhood and our home. I documented the build thanks to neighbors that were nice enough to send pictures and video’s. Evergreene homes was excellent in the entire process- start to finish and beyond. I started with a home on my own lot and rebuilt on the same lot. Pete Khalaf was awesome and would recommend reaching out to him. I started with the Evergreene Bayberry model and significantly modified it. Pete made the whole process easy. Evergreene Homes was amazing from start to finish. After finding out and visiting their HQ close to my home in Virginia, I knew they would be professional and build me a quality home down in DE for our family. The finished product was nothing short of amazing. I was amazed at the ease of the process from start to finish and their ability to execute on the plans super fast while being very reliable in their communication at each step. We are so pleased with our build-on-your-lot semi-custom home. From the beginning of the process of choosing the best model and then customizing it to make it our own, the whole team has been amazing. Every Evergreene employee was quick to respond and genuinely interested in helping us get the home we pictured in our mind. The project manager was on-site guiding the many contractors and it’s easy to see the pride he takes in his work. He kept the project on time and we were able to have a new beach house built during the off-season. My husband and I could not be happier with our choice of builder.

We recently moved into our new home in the Atlantic East community in Lewes, DE.
