Excellent Agent! Chrisy Tingle arrived at our home on time, and prepared. In a folder, she presented us with recent sales, pending and new listings, and analysis on listing versus final sales price. She had all the information on our home and asked us to validate square footage, upgrades, etc. I have sold other homes and knew, after meeting with her, I did not need to interview any other agents. The whole listing and selling process was handled professionally. We were happy to receive a full-price offer and settlement the following month. We would highly recommend Chrisy.

First, she hit hard on the marketing, with a variety of approaches including the back cover of Coastal Point, a beautiful postcard mailing, frequent media advertising and numerous open houses including two Broker's open houses. We felt like some of the open houses would be a waste of her time but she did them anyway. Chrisy was also very knowledgeable, easy to work with, followed suggestions that we made, and was patient with us, even when we might have been unreasonable.
