Complex is built cheep in every way imaginable. Management is worse than a cow trying to fly an airplane. Better be prepared to take the stairs as they cant figure out how to keep a elevator running for more than a day. If you want a heated garage space good luck as the doors are typically always broken or stuck open. They don't notify residents to move cars if it snows so be prepared to pay a fine to the towing company if it snows. Management will typically respond in numerous business days, after numerous texts and calls. They used the smallest water heater known to man as you typically only get 10 min of hot water and it takes forever to recover. Only somewhat decent thing they got going for them is utilities are pretty cheap. Do with this information as you want I'm just trying to save

This is the worst property management company I've ever delt with. They're unresponsive, the elevator is always broke and forget about a full refund on your security deposit. Avoid the Market Place Apartments in Watertown.

please do not rent from this place! It’s a waste of money and not worth 1400. The landlord is very rude and good luck trying to get ahold of anyone as it takes multiple days for someone to get back to you. They won’t notify on removal of snow so be prepared to pay to get your car out. Elevators are down almost every day. Cheaply made to add. Our walls are cracking , our carpet to floor has nails sticking up and the list can go on. Of your wanting to break your lease it’s not even worth it to have to pay a reletting fee over 1400 smh. Please don’t rent from them.
