Traci and the crew are great to work with. They go above and beyond when representing my properties and are diligent about filling vacancies.

So helpful in finding a place that fits my budget and needs! They are so nice and great to work with! If you are looking for a great property management to work with I would recommend them!

I would not recommend renting from citi wide at all. They charge you for everything even one you move out. I did my move out Expect and they still nailed me for stuff I had already did. They also tired to over charge me. After being moved out with them for over a year and 1/2 now they are still trying to get me to over pay them. They never call you back with follow up phone calls.

Traci & her crew are friendly, easy to get in touch with & quick to address any issues that arise. We really enjoyed our time here & highly recommend Citi-Wide . They're a cut well above most property management companies.

No complaints at all. The staff was friendly and always eager to help, and maintenance was completed quickly. If I needed a place in Watertown, I wouldn’t think twice about renting from them.
