The Plains

We were so excited to move into this place, as this was going to be our first “nice place” and by the time we moved out we were so disappointed with the lack of quality and the price tag that came with it, we began actively telling people to stay away. Our elevator was consistently broken, along with unsafe as it would start to descend/ascend while the door was open, it would ‘jump’ while in use, along with causing an insane amount of rattling and noise. Our heat was inconsistent, we’d often have to turn our heat up as high as it could possibly go and our apartment would still only be about 60°. We verified with other apartments on the same floor that they had the same issue and that there was nothing that could be done about it, we lived on the 4th floor where the heat should’ve been the

Absolutely ridiculous. Way to much money and cheaply made. At the end of our 1st year they wanted to increase us not only 75 dollars but then we also had to payfall the utilities at the end it would have been like a 300 dollar increase. We would have been paying 1400 for a ONE bedroom apartment. We paid 1000 dollars in a pet deposit just to not see any of that money back! Nor does it get used for move out costs. I asked what it gets used for and they say "pet damages and if no damage then the money just goes to us". At the end of the day we busted our buts to get that place clean just to maybe get 650 dollars back. Don't waist your time on these apartments. Go find something worth the price that won't screw you over.

For brand new buildings they are not maintained well at all. Things breaking down all too frequently like the elevators or the heat. Overpriced for the quality or lack there of

Big outside corporate apartments....when you rent and then vacate, it may be needlessly financially crippling.. nightmare..not recommended

The Apartment looks good from outside but the build inside is not up to mark. The Windows are not sealed properly and in Winters the cold air comes in. Maintenance requests does take forever to get fixed. For the rent they are taking this apartment is not value for money.
