Market Street Flats

Management has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, and now that I’ve lived here for a year, I can confidently say I absolutely love it. Like any apartment, it has a few small quirks, but whenever I need anything, the leasing team is always quick to jump in and help. I know things can get busy, but their responsiveness really stands out. The location is unbeatable—prime area, walkable to shops, and close to everything you’d need. The apartments themselves are beautiful, and for the price, it’s an amazing value for West Chester. I haven’t had any issues with my unit or with management, and overall it’s been a great experience living here.

The property grounds are well kept, Isaiah was very helpful in helping a friend locate an apartment. He really listen to their specific needs. I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking to relocate or to just inquire speak with Isaiah

Great location, awful management. The front door has literally been broken for multiple days without any notice or intent to fix. This includes trying to buzz yourself in and using your key to open it. You better hope someone is coming out in time to hold it open for you otherwise you have to walk all the way around to the door in the garage. May seem like a minor inconvenience but there’s many other problems like this that you’ll run into and they often go unnoticed for some time. Rent is also very high for what you’re getting, the square footage may seem appealing but you’ll realize most of it is from the 20ft hallway connecting the bedrooms and living room. Also our unit has no communal storage at all minus the closet with the water heater but you’re not allowed to put anything in there

I’ve loved living at Market Street Flats. The leasing and maintenance teams are friendly and quick to respond. The building is clean and very quiet and the location can’t be beat! I highly recommend!

If I could give zero stars I would. If I could go back I would have NEVER signed a lease at Market Street Flats. Berger Communities is the absolute worst property manager I have ever dealt with. The leasing office never answers the phone and if you do get through to someone they will tell you that they’re gonna call you back which they NEVER do. Don’t even think about leaving a voicemail because they won’t call you back either. You will end up having to call back later or the next day to get any information. No one at the leasing office knows what they’re doing, everyone will tell you something different and then make you jump through hoops because you were given incorrect information when you need something. The leasing office closes on random days for no reason. Maintenance does not care
