Kristen at the office was amazing to work with. From start to finish she explained the process thoroughly and answered any question I had promptly. As soon as I moved in Kristen and the súper German handled any small issues I had very quickly. German was respectful and did an amazing job. I would recommend this building to anyone and thumbs up to Kristen at the office and the super German. Amazing team.

Rent exceeds the actual quality of the apartment, no utilities are actually included because they charge a fee for usage and people steal packages here!! Management does not care. Management doesn’t answer, nor do they send any updates on any issues expressed. The elevator is terrible, was out of order for almost a month. Then it was fixed. Then it broke down again! There’s four washing machines, TWO do not work and have been flooded with water for months now and the smell is atrocious. Sometimes the machine takes the money but doesn’t actually work. Only lived here five months and I am considering ending the lease early and moving out. DO NOT bother renting here unless you are incredibly desperate. Rest assured, it is not worth it.

Do NOT move here unless it is your last option and you are extremely desperate. Lived here for one year and could not WAIT for my lease to be over. There is nothing luxury about Market living unless you consider a new microwave the greatest luxury item. The laundry mat had moldy water in two of the four washing machines and it smelled terrible down there for weeks. The elevator NEVER works even after they fix it. Too cheap to renovate the whole elevator so they stick with the poor condition it’s in. People are thieves and management does not take any further security measures for the tenants. You ask for them to look for your stolen package and they never follow up. Usual excuse is that the cameras couldnt catch it… yet they wont put more cameras with better angles. There was vomit left on

Recently visited my mom. This is not the place you want to rent from. My mother constantly calls the office for things and never gets a response back. She’s had multiple packages stolen here including her insulin. Management truly does not care for its tenants here. I was there for a week, elevator never worked. Trying to convince her to break the lease. Please avoid this community at all costs.
