Harbor Terrace Apartments

Have lived here for the past year with my father and it’s been quiet good and really reliable for us. For a 2 bedroom it’s pretty good the only things I would ask to be cleaned/fixed is the stairwells on either side because of cobwebs/spiders and sometimes one of the machines for washing or drying may not work but the rest do! Overall pretty good, there is accesible parking but even some days after evening there is no available parking in front or the sides so I always park in the back which is -public- for anyone to use!

I have Lived at Harbor Terrace for 5 years and let me just say that my experience is incredible!!!!!!. The service is top notch! Shout out to Paola for always working to ensure that my family has an amazing experience as part of the community. The residents are also warm, friendly and neighborly. Shout out to the facilities team who always address the repairs. Pedro and Juan are super respectful and absolutely professional. Adam also delivers on promises he makes for capital improvements. So yes, there were some leaks when I first moved in, but they addressed the leaks for the building so the train storms no longer affected us. Assistant Property Manager Brielle Murillo welcomed us and showed us the available units, which were really nice. Bri was friendly, helpful and a real professional. I’ve also exchanged email with Sr Property Mgr Paola Sauco and Michelle Chacon, who promptly reached out. We searched around for the right apartment and found Harbor Terrace to be the most ideal including its clean and modern lobbies in bldgs 18 & 12!

Is development is old over priced and continually needs maintenance. I’ve had leaks in my ceilings on the third floor and they were five floors coming in on both my windows continuously this is not the Nother two windows now I have to be done. The painting was horrible when I came in I said something they’re not gonna do anything everybody comes. You’re told me the walls look dirty The management office here is horrible. They couldn’t even give me the number for the corporate office because they said they don’t have it which you know they do. They just don’t wanna give it to the tenants to complain if they’re rude and they also don’t listen to the tenants needs. I love this place. I moved to this complex in March, 2024. When I was searching for an apartment, I was seeking a place with a laundromat and agym. No only did I find these amenities here, i also found peace in this quiet neighborhood. My apartment faces the bay. I experience God nature from my window. The beach is within walking distance. In the first month I encountered issues with the apartment but Paola, the manager, the boss took care of my concerns immediately. As I said, I love this place
