Notice all the 5 stars have no comments. Hmmm If you get to move into a newly renovated unit, you were lucky. But keep in mind, it will not be maintained from that point on. The maintenance people don't care. I mean really don't care. unless you have an issue that effects another unit ( aside from a neighbors complete lack of respect for others piece of mind ), you'll be lucky if someone actually picks up the phone. 24 Hour emergency contact. Right. Sure. Only 24hr contact that would work is the fire alarm. Otherwise, you're on your own. There's a reason why it's priced the way it is being so close to the beach.

It's all lies. first off it takes forever to get in contact with them. Found the right number after a month and set a tour and no one showed up. No one works there except maintenance and I was told a 1BR is available for me and the maintenance person told me only studios are available and he quote " the website is just a website to catch people's attention ,no one works here , the manager is hardly here". complete waste of time.

Agent Picked up the phone with a very poor and combative attitude even before knowing who I was or what my call was in reference to. Is this person adding value to your business? Please consider hiring someone who does. What a shame. Called for Rental Comps, Spoke to Robert.

Amazing Place, joyful, sports, great restaurants in the area, good prices, beautiful neighborhood, lovely people.

Really nice area, clean and quiet to walk around, to gather with friend and enjoy a beautiful view.
