If u want your time to be wasted get an apartment here. Princess and her assistant offer terrible management . The assistant did a no call no show twice when she was supposed to show me an apartment , she then showed me two dirty units the third time . The first excuse for the no call no show was the building had no property insurance and they were “ working on it “ , when I called to talk to princess about this excuse she had no idea what I was talking about . When I asked when the unit would be ready the assistant said I don’t know “ even tho I told them in July when I needed to move out .also side note I am unsure about safe it would be to live in there because the assistant told me about squatters that we’re living there that had destroyed units that needed to be kicked out .

lived there up until 2018, due to a horrible cockroach and bedbug infestation plaguing the whole building. i still see their dumpsters filled with furniture, which lets me know they likely are still dealing with it. unresponsive management at the time. heat wouldn’t turn on until january, and stayed on until may. how does that make sense? don’t bother living here, it doesn’t matter if it’s cheap, you’ll lose much more money when you have to throw out all your belongings because their pest control team doesn’t actually do anything, the building is too old to actually seal up cracks, and management wouldnt ever answer emails. living here actually ruined my life.
