Mark Landing II Apartments

Hi i just moved out of my apartment today from marklandjng apartments the office lady was so mean and rude to movers and to my family .I have until the 1 to move out but I went up to leave I had enough of the place and the lady she had people want my place the same day I was moving out stupid and my apartment had black mold and hold living room bathroom and hallway all fell in and was rooted and so much more problems please please ever1 dont move or live in this complex it's a worning your rent will go up more and more and u can't have any pets and u can't have friends or family to stay over just a bad place and a dum lazy landlord

They will raise your rent about $100 every year you are here. Not an exaggeration. Stayed with my boyfriend for 2-3 years. What a dump. How can you raise rent and so often and have 0 improvement to your property. Moldy A/C, NO amenities, and you guys even got rid of the laundry room. Recommend living here if you like getting scammed and hate being alive!! 😃 #landlordsgetarealjobchallenge

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! THEY HAVE RATS! Yes you read that right. This place is infested with rats, frogs, roaches and lizards. The con artist slum lords are all too aware and could not care less. The wiring is terrible (you will blow a fuse every time you use your kitchen appliances) and the air conditioner breaks all the time. It's really disgusting. It's a dump. Any place is better than this. They will charge you an arm and a leg when you move out. I only gave one star because I couldn't give -0- or a negative.

Simple, very quiet place to call home. We’ve been here 2 months so far and no real complaints. Rent is a reasonable rate and the walls are solid (we’ve never heard the neighbors and they don’t hear our 8 month old). Great privacy, would highly recommend.

Dont live here the complex is ugly and there are rats and lizards and the office lady is mean and no come chexk on any 1 and the place is not big for kids or for 2 to be honest dont live here they wont help u at all with the place u get its to high and the lady always complain about water when all is inclubed i stay here i live here and i no like it or love it she wants to much money from all no stay here u will be sorry if u do
