Living at Tradewinds has truly been a great experience! From day one, I’ve felt comfortable and at home here in Apartment 101. The community is peaceful, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere that makes coming home something to look forward to. The leasing office team is friendly and responsive, and maintenance is always quick and professional when needed (which is a big win!). I also love how convenient the location is — close to everything, yet still calm and relaxing. Overall, Tradewinds is a place where you can genuinely enjoy where you live. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly community… and yes, I’m happily leaving this review from 78…Apartment 101 😉

I’ve been living here for just over a year, now. The management is exceptional! Any request for maintenance, or inquiries is handled so promptly, and efficiently. It’s so peaceful here, and a beautiful resort environment. Location is top notch, with everything nearby, plus beautiful beaches. The apartment units are brand new, and luxury upscale. The amenities, and grounds are luxury, and kept nicely. I love living here, and highly recommend it. You will be treated like family, here.

I’ve lived at Tradewinds Apartments in Hobe Sound for about a year, and it’s been a great experience from day one. This is a newer community. The apartments are spacious, modern, bright and airy, with high ceilings, granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and beautiful laminate flooring. Everything is well maintained! The property manager, leasing agent and maintenance are excellent — friendly, responsive, and always on top of things. Any request I’ve had has been handled quickly and professionally. It’s also a very pet-friendly community with great neighbors. The amenities include a beautiful pool, gym, clubhouse, and a dog park.. I’m very happy here and would absolutely recommend it!

Everyone—from management to staff to neighbors—is kind, attentive, and easy to interact with. Management stays on top of things and addresses any concerns quickly and professionally. The neighbors are friendly, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and peaceful. I’m really happy I chose to live here and would definitely recommend this community to others.

I’ve had a great experience living at Tradewinds, and a big reason why is the management team. Patricia Dooley is by far the most competent and caring property manager I’ve ever worked with—professional, attentive, and genuinely invested in residents’ well-being. BJ Dooley is also consistently helpful and always addresses concerns in a timely and efficient manner. It’s clear they both take pride in what they do, and it really shows in how smoothly everything runs here. I highly recommend Tradewinds because of its great location, excellent management, and strong focus on safety.
