So helpful in every way. David has always been a wonderful realtor, and is our family go-to in South Florida. He's incredibly prompt and reliable with communication, always picks up his phone, is helpful with contractor recommendations, ideas for improvement to the properties, and available on-site when we can't be. He's always gone above and beyond, and circles back to see how everything is going. Both my mother and I even had our real estate licenses and STILL go through David. Definitely recommend him, very knowledgable about the local area, and well connected - exactly what I want in a realtor!
