Giovanni has improved the appearance of the apartment complex since he has been manager. He is also implementing community activities that brings residents together forming neighborly relationships that we didn't have before he was manager. Everyone seems to be very happy with the changes he has implemented. I think he is doing a great job.
So grateful for our manager, Giovanni, as we’ve got vegetable planters for the residents, our pool is being renovated and I’ve been allowed to bring many flower plants to attract butterflies
Property is always clean and presentable. Geovani gets good tenants and keeps tenants pleased.
Complements for site manager, Giovanni. His care and ability for the complex upkeep.
