Maria is great! She went above and beyond to sell my rental property that was needing a lot of exterior work. I wanted to sell it as is, and she knew the right investors to whom to show it. We went through so many offers before it was finally sold! We accepted an offer and closed in 5 days! She called me and updated me throughout the process. She advised me on how to go about the entire sale and on what offers to even discuss. She was excellent and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend her team!

Maria assisted us in finding and purchasing our home. We were going to be moving across country from Wyoming to Georgia. Maria helped connect us with a reputable local lender as well as local inspectors and vendors who were all superb and reasonably priced. Our closing was on time and very smooth. Showed up late to every house visit. This was my first home buying experience, she didn’t have me do some crucial steps the day before and the day of closing, which should have been routine for her. When I had questions after closing, her secretary always said she was in a meeting, and she would ignore all of my phone calls. I called on multiple days, simply for some information I needed clarified, and the secretary would tell me she would have Maria call me back after her meeting, but I would never get a call back. I can’t explain how bad that feels to be completely abandoned right after your first home purchase. Since this home purchase some years ago, I have purchased a second home with a different agent, and my experience was 100% better. Take my advice, stay away from the Vaill
