Our experience with Maria Coleman-Ditty during the purchase of our home at 11243 Canopy Loop was deeply disappointing and unprofessional. The transaction involved a Trust and a senior purchaser, with her daughter acting as co-trustee and holding power of attorney. Despite this, Ms. Ditty refused to acknowledge the Trust as the purchaser and was unwilling to communicate with the daughter in her legal capacity as POA and co-trustee. Throughout the process, Ms Ditty's behavior was consistently rude and disrespectful. She hung up on the daughter during phone conversations, refused to email or communicate with the appropriate parties, and—despite multiple requests—continued to share information with non-essential relatives rather than the designated POA. My wife and I met Maria at an open house in Moody River Estates she was hosting for her client as the listing agent. She was extremely knowledgeable not only about the home she was showing but the community and surrounding areas. We let her know we were already working with an agent and SHE STILL SPENT ALOT OF TIME WITH US sharing her expertise. (usually an agent shuts you down when they hear you already are working with one) She sells many homes in that community but also in many others, so we learned a lot.
