A safe and quiet locality with all grocery shops nearby. Pretty close to USC and has a bus stop right outside. The apartments are spacious and the management is quick to respond to any maintenance requests.

An amazing place with spacious apartment, beautifully maintained and has great amenities. The staff is always efficient, courteous and prompt- maintenance requests are immediately addressed. Quite close to USC and has a bus stop right across the street. Many eateries are close as well.

I stayed here for 2 years and as everything this place has both pros and cons. Pros - 1. Close to USC and almost in walking distance to USC Village 2. Responsive landlady and maintenance staff 3. Apartments are spacious 4. Bus stop right in front of the apartment Cons - 1. The apartment has roaches but theres weekly disinfestation treatments 2. There were a few cycle thefts

The apartment is in close proximity to the campus which is very convenient. The bus stop is right opposite the apartment making it easy to travel. It is really safe with USC ambassadors right across the street.

Great place. The apartments are spacious. Very close from USC and has a bus stop right opposite the complex. The locality is very safe. I would highly recommend staying here.
