These guys were calling relentlessly - clearly from a number they got off a database (since I haven't lived in LA in 13 years!) and they thought it was an elderly owner "Mr. Lee". They're trying to take advantage of elderly AND they are in violation of the terms of the data agreement they signed when procuring their phone lists. Shame on these greedy, incessant, amoral moneygrubbers.

Harassing phone calls do not stop. I've had to threaten taking legal action. I would never use them based on all of their non stop calling. If I need a realtor I have the ability to contact one on my own.

Wow, where to start. STAY AWAY. These people are crooks to say the least, After finding a property on exchange they kept playing with me telling me that they were waiting for reply from the owner. Monday became Tuesday, became Thursday. Than the owner was out of town, the owner is old and cant read emails and NOW they don't know whats going on. Every possible excuse you could think of. Now you need to understand this is the third time this has happened and I have lost a deal. These people are lairs, crooks, and should be ashamed of them selves. They keep these deals in house and end up buying it internally after stringing you along. Michael DiSimone was the selling agent on this last one. Stay away from these people they will lose you millions.

After a year of repeated requests for M and M to STOP CALLING ME, they continue to do so. I find this business practice reprehensible. Draw your own conclusions
