I lived at Redwoods Apartments in Hayward for two years and when I lived there I loved everything about it. The fact that everything was clean and well put together. The management was the nicest and most caring about my needs, along with the maintenance team that was always on top of any repairs or maintenance needed for my apartment was met with high spirits and precise timing and was always respectful.

I reside at Town & Country and have had nothing but positive feedback for my on boarding with the property manager Tatiana who guided and moved me in so smoothly! The first month I had a couple maintenance requests that were fixed right away, Benito was very attentive and quick! If you’re looking for a Modern townhouse locally located this is it!
