Marchwood Apartment Homes

I’ve had a really good experience at Marchwood Apartments in Exton. The community is quiet and peaceful, which makes it easy to relax after a long day. The location is super convenient too — close to stores, food spots, and major roads, but still tucked away enough that it doesn’t feel hectic. The apartments themselves are comfortable and feel like home. Maintenance has been responsive when needed, and the grounds are kept clean and well maintained. Overall, it’s just a solid place to live if you’re looking for something calm, convenient, and easygoing in the Exton area. 😊

I lived at Marchwood Apts about 6-7 yrs. Every year they did some type of up grade, dog park (2), gym, parking lot etc. The maintenance man, work very hard and respond quickly to any problems. The office personnel listen to any concerns you may have. They are a excellent bunch.

I would like to take this opportunity to say how great the office staff has been over the 5 years I have lived here. My most recent interaction was outstanding. During the recent snow storm they were very responsive to my needs. As a disabled Vietnam Veteran I was nor able to navigate the snow piles. Once I explained the situation they quickly addressed my concerns. Thank you guys!

This community is generally well-maintained, but snow removal is consistently handled at the bare minimum. After snowfalls, walkways and common areas remain unsafe far too long, as if management is waiting for the sun to melt the snow instead of addressing it promptly. This is especially concerning given that over 50 school-aged children use these paths daily. Their safety should be a priority, and I hope management takes this issue seriously before someone gets hurt.

Mike, Mike and Jim are the best maintenance men I’ve ever met in my entire life. They are very helpful with anything I’ve ever needed. They’re both very handsome and very very good looking also.
