Marc Gottesdiener - Real Estate Appraiser in Hartford

I have had my psychotherapy practice at 74 New London Turnpike for many years. The location with it's proximity to different highway access points is terrific and convenient for my clients. I love my office space is especially comfortable and provides plenty of privacy for the work that I do. I have found my various neighboring office mates quite helpful and pleasant. Again, a great location and a landlord that has been very responsive to my requests.

Be careful of Marc. Totally unprofessional. He works in cahoots with a lawyer to play with the value of property especially if they want to buy it or if the lawyer is representing your opponent. Firstly, he was supposed to call me before he showed up at my property. He did not, he just showed without warning. Secondly, he give me a inflated value of my house, because he works for the attorney who represented my opponent. It's a good thing, I had another appraiser who got the proper value of my property. Marc was off by 30k. Thirdly Marc took over 3 weeks to give me my appraisal. He was busy cooking the appraisal. My 2nd appraiser went to court to challenge him, but the judge said both should have been given notice to testify. My appraiser was hoping he would have come to court. He pointed

If you see this mans name attached to anything, head for the hills. I mean it. Marc Gottesdiener is THE worst property manager I have ever had the great misfortune of being obligated to talk to. Firstly he is just legitimately terrible at his job. At best he is scatterbrained and unorganized. (ie Randomly in January told us we never paid rent 6 months ago? Doesn't write receipts either so there's no way to figure it out.) He is also just a bold faced liar. When we moved in we saw a roach body on the floor. When asked if there were bugs he said no and that the building had been cleared of them. Super nice person to deal with! Very knowledgeable/educated person that is well mannered and gets all the facts before purchasing/renting property. Highly recommend Marc for any property transactions. You will not be disappointed.
