I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Marbella Bay Apartments. For the high rent they charge, the quality of living and amenities is far below expectations. The gym is practically unusable. Most of the machines are not working, and there seems to be little effort to repair or maintain them. The pool area is also almost always locked, so residents rarely get to use it. What’s the point of promoting amenities that are inaccessible? Cleanliness around the property is another serious issue. There is dog waste all over the apartment grounds, and it does not appear to be regularly cleaned. The overall maintenance of the community is poor and does not reflect the high rent being charged. Mrs. Wanita is the best property manager I’ve ever worked with. She is attentive, respectful, and always on top of things. Every issue I’ve had has been handled quickly and professionally. I feel confident and comfortable knowing she manages the property. Highly recommended!

I want to first to stop off as I don’t usually do reviews, but feel like this must be said . I stayed at this complex going on 2 years , and Ms.Wanita was the first person I interacted with . She is absolutely amazing. Any problems I may had she handle it accordingly. Very understanding, and just a nice human being. She always has a smile on her face , and make you feel welcomed when crossing her path. She take her job very seriously, and don’t accept foolishness. She never go out her way to make you feel less than , because her title .She been in the office by herself going on 3-4 months , and still able to commit to the job, give time to her tenants, and future prospects.If you facing problems that might affect your living she will help you in anyway she can . I’ve lived here for 2 years, here’s the pros and cons. Pros: -We’ve never had an issue with paying our rent and have never been told we owe money when we don’t. - The maintenance guy that’s been working here for years busts his ass getting the job done. Anytime we’ve ever had an issue, he’s there to fix it and fixes it properly and even will educate on why it happened and how to prevent it. - The office lady (Ms. Wanita) is one of the most kind and professional employees I’ve ever met. Knows us by name and knows our apartment number. - They tow cars that have tags out so people won’t use our parking lot as storage. - They’ve updated the key pad and have changed the gate code. - My upstairs neighbor's are delightful and quiet. - The apartment is updated and has no issues. - The grounds are

The staff in office are truly incredible, Wanita and Gracee made my application process straightforward and worked with me to get exactly what I needed! This has been the best experience I have ever had with a complex in all of my years of renting and I highly recommend Marbella Bay for anyone looking in the Beaumont area!
