Marabou Mills Apartments

Nice place to live, but the management is very neglectful. My heat has been out since November 23, 2025. It is January 6, 2026 as I write this. I've called and requested repairs multiple times, and have been told every time "a maintenance worker will arrive before we close or first thing tomorrow" yet no one ever shows up. I've contacted the health department because the weather has been awful lately and my apartment is freezing. There's also the fact that every maintenance request I've been sending in lately has been ignored and closed without consulting me.

I have been living in these apartments for six years. Every year they go up more. And do less! I have had squirrels that destroyed my belongings and were living in the walls of my apartment, They did nothing until I reported them to the board of health! They moved me into another apartment, that had a whole in the tub , which they tried to cover up. They didn’t want to fix that. I had to report them again. I have suffered three strokes. Difficulty using the left side of my body. They know this!! And a mother recently became ill. She has to travel back and forth to chemo. They know this also!! To this date they have failed to clean the walkways properly and put down salt. My brother had to come shovel my walkway and I purchased salt to put down. We have no clear walkway to the parking lot h

1st the communication is HORRIBLE! 2nd they wasted my time. No one opened the door to give me a tour. I even knocked and waiting 5 mins. Not a good impression for a future tenant. Now after reading a recent review, I see that the office staff is neglectful and doesn’t care about their tenants. So glad I kept looking at other apartments. Will not be moving here!

It's actually peaceful the apts are old style but comfortable

I just wanna say Josh in maintenance don’t get enough credit! He’s super fast at getting work done & dont leave you waiting for weeks like the other maintenance guy. My air conditioner & heat went out this morning & he had it fixed & back running like new & replaced my locks all within 20 mins!
