Maplewood Park Apartments

Honestly, this was my first apartment and I was cautious because of reviews etc. But I'm so glad I didn't. I REALLY like this complex. 1. Everything but electric is included. 2. the apartment is spacious and up to date. 3. The rent is reasonable. 4. The community is quiet and everybody is in their own world. It works for me. My first apartment, ended up living here for 3 years. No issues at all. Great for someone looking for an affordable place with easy access to 66 and 28. Everything you need is conveniently located near the complex or just 10 - 15 minutes away.

I've only been here about a month, the office staff are very nice and friendly, the maintenance isn't great but they seem to respond quickly. So far it seems very quiet haven't heard a peep from my neighbors, and right behind the building is a lovely park. So far no regrets!! I recommend checking them out!

Lived here in 2013..my first apartment. No complaints at all..no issues. Life was nice….my rent was only $1,060!

Staff is very helpful. Love it here. Wish they would give fines for not cleaning up the dog poop . Really need to get maintenance to keep the buildings cleaner
