Maple Village of Southgate

So far, it has been a positive experience staying at Maple Village of Southgate Apartments. The management is trying its best to improve the tenant's stay experience. The support/maintenance staffs are reasonably prompt in responding any emergency. The ambience of the apartment complex is also great. Outstanding Maintenance Service by Carlos Pentecost. Kudos to this guy.

Moved in just shy of a month ago and our experience has been great so far. Had a small issue with the water temp but management quickly put in an emergency request for us and maintenance man, Carlos Pentecost can to fix it for us! He is awesome and he even provided an explanation of what happened. Thanks you very much Carlos and management.

This apartment has been a great place for my family. It's safe, clean, and well-managed. The staff is friendly, and any issues are handled promptly. We're very happy living here

I love these apartments! I moved in March and have had nothing but a great experience thus far. Maintenance always comes in a timely manner and the landscaping is so beautiful! I am so happy here.

i live here and i feel like the office agents are neglectful of their tenants. my shower has been messed up for almost 5 days and i’ve even left and emergency maintenance request, no response no nothing. i’ve called multiple times both office numbers…nothing. and this is not my first time having a hard time getting ahold of somebody at the office.
