Maple Valley Apartments

I made a request to repaint the faded parking lines and speed bumps in the common area. Maple Valley did a great job of making the lines and speed bumps highly visible resulting in much more efficient parking. It’s great when the community manager is responsive to the needs of the residents and makes a positive difference in neighborhood quality of life. Thanks Team MV!

Thanks for fixing the beep beep from smoke detectors. Said nothing seems to be wrong,but it beeped ,2 days, so he tested them and seemed to work, but he changed batteries anyway just to get sure Thank you. Been here 3 years, that's been my only issue in all this time. Except when I first moved on one closet won't open, I just accepted that, never did fix it. But doesn't matter as I'm moving in 3 months when lease is up.

Dabco Property Mgt has been fair, flexible, helpful and professional in every situation, from working with me on the move-in date, being understanding while we worked out all the details online and long distance, helping me find people to help me move in, etc. The grounds are kept up and the apartment was very clean on move-in. One of these days I'll make it to the exercise room! My son and I really enjoy living here.

Pretty good place to live - location is good with respect to campus, it's on a bus route, and it's relatively quiet. The policies surrounding balcony/patio furniture looking professional and the limit of 2 potted plants that are required to be thriving seems to be trying to make it overall appear fancier but it's an apartment complex in a college town -- seems a bit over the top. Having official bicycle storage would be fantastic.

Inexperienced Renters beware: You can kiss your security deposit goodbye, pretty much no matter what you do to clean when you move out and document any damages present upon move in. And be prepared to get charged for maintenance when your cheap fixtures and doors inevitably break. This property has very strict rules about what you can have on your porch, and likes to send really threatening notices about having one too many plants and threaten you with eviction. These apartments are nice and in a great location for students (bus service is excellent), but be prepared to deal with property management that will do just about anything to make an extra buck and make you feel unwelcome in your own home.
