that cleans apartment carpets and have lived at a few. I have worked with those complexes maintenance teams and managements and they are sorely lacking. This aspect is EVERYTHING. You may have an apartment with elevators, a top-tier gym, and an Olympic sized swimming pool; but if you do not have amazing customer service, those mean nothing! Those other places often have poor management, but the same could not be said of Maple Ridge! :) I tell you this, you will not have a better customer service experience than here. Maintenance is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! 100 stars to them if I could!! They are on top of every work order the day after we put it in. It blows my mind! Everyone on staff is very friendly and mindful of any concerns you have desiring to solve them as soon as possible. Any complain

Great place! Organize fun events for residents. Maintenance guys are fabulous! They have worked tirelessly during the ice storm trying to clear sidewalks and parking spots. I have loved living here!

A place I love to call home! Starting over late in life isn’t easy but when I found out about Maple Ridge Apartments I went by immediately to check them out. Julie and Devon are absolutely incredible to work with. The entire process was easy and I couldn’t be happier. The grounds stay well maintained, facilities are always clean and in working order. I use the gym and laundry facilities often. I have a 3 bedroom, 2 full bath apartment with kitchen dining and huge living room with patio right off from there. Bonus is a large wood burning fireplace with a gorgeous hearth that is able to be used as extra seating if decorated just right. I would without a doubt recommend Maple Ridge apartments to anyone looking for a new apartment space in the area!

Nothing like an old surprise review huh? I’m going to give it 2 stars bc of The old management(Kim, Julie, Another guy literally went to work at Dollar Tree bc he could not stand your office) that was about 2 of them that were always friendly. As for Phylis’ that woman needs to lay off the smoking habitually. Amy too thought she was hot stuff, sure. We lived there a few years and were quiet, respectful and clean. There were squatters who had lived in another apartment I went in once and it full of bugs, cigarettes smashed literally in the carpet, kitchen trashed, stains, broken toys, disgusting smells but yet this woman got to squat there. My wife and I have only been at Maple Ridge for a few months, but it came very highly recommended by a close friend who lived here for eight years and we were not disappointed. Julie, the property manager, is incredibly communicative and cares. The maintenance gentlemen, Tim and Kenny, are always hard at work and quick to respond to any maintenance requests promptly and effectively. The whole staff puts on regular community events (Tim is an absolute grillmaster), and you really feel a sense of community here. 10/10 would recommend
