Maple Ridge Apartments

a lot of gang and drug activity with people always screaming and doing sketchy stuff not a safe place to raise kids. and now after a month of moving out i get a text saying my deposit refund might bounce when i asked them to send it to me in the first place they said they can only online transfer if im out of state so now i don’t get my refund until they can figure out the problem and send it somehow

I have been living here for around 4 months & this is honestly the best first apartment i could ask for! it’s super cozy, the neighbors are friendly, the location is perfect (walmart, starbucks, some of my favorite restaurants, and the village hall all being less than 10 mins away), and management goes beyond my expectations! there is ALWAYS good communication via text, call, or email. maintenance is super skilled & comes if there is a problem within a reasonable timeframe! i’m super grateful that management welcomed me with open arms & has continued to insure that i am as comfortable as can be! thank you!!

Christina and her mother lived in their apts for 3 years with no disappointments in maintenance calls or security. Her mother moved to Grayslake to be among people her age. We had been dating for some time when we planned our wedding. Rather than she move to Schaumburg where I lived. We chose to be together in the apartment already settled into in Elgin for the convenience of her job and much cheaper expenses. We've no regrets in our choice. Pete, Mary Fran, Chuck, Mike, Amy and the rest of their staff are very kind. Personable, understanding, respectful, clean and friendly. With so many rental units we understand it may take a bit of time to fix something. Pete is clever to analyze the issues of the week and plan accordingly. They keep their priorities very well. After it snows really bad it takes at least 1 or 2 days for someone to clean the parking lot. or they just clean the side where the office is and leave the rest whenever "they can". It doesnt make any difference if you call the office. While the other apartments next to them from different name are cleaned since early morning of that same day

The stuff is a very nice person they are friendly they help you the most they can in the office in maintenance so I am happy to leave here
