Eden Prairie Apartments

Living here was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I was charged $1,400 just for a paint job when I moved out — which is wild considering the condition this place was in the entire time I lived here. The AC barely worked, and when I asked for repairs, management acted like doing the bare minimum was doing me a favor. The windows didn’t seal properly, so bugs and outside air came in freely no matter the season. To make matters worse, rent went up every single year by $100, even though nothing improved. The so-called “fees” and “taxes” they tack on just to pay rent add up to almost another hundred dollars monthly. For what? Certainly not for comfort, cleanliness, or peace. And if you’re looking for quiet, forget it. The walls are paper thin, and the neighbors are loud at all hours.

Lived here for almost 3 years. Get place, everything is well taken care of. The staff goes above and beyond to help. Even in difficult times and you are having trouble with rent as long as you talk to the staff and tell them what is going on they are so understanding and will always work with you! A lot of places out there right now trying to scam people but this place is really trying to make it a place people want to live. Also the maintenance staff are so friendly and helpful! All around great experience!

HELLLOOOOO I’ve been living here for almost 5 years, and before the transition to Eden Prairie, rent was reasonable. This year, however, I was charged an additional $150 for only six months. I never thought I’d say this, but please be cautious – the office staff could improve in terms of professionalism and respect. Not only were multiple tenant laws broken over the last 4 1/2 years of me being here but rent was raised twice within 1 year. I lived in the apartment for the last 4 1/2 years with no update to anything ( not even an offer ). No new floors. No new carpet. No new appliances. No dish washer ( as advertised in the listing when showing for rent ) etc etc . We were forced to pay almost $1700 for an outdated apartment. Not to mention. The neighbors. Nothing gets done. We had a hug
