Maple Grove Apartments

Just had my best experience renting yet. I have nothing but great things to say about the property. The staff is amazing and so helpful. Property is always taken care of, I would be staying if I didn’t just buy a house. If you’re looking for a place you are going to be cared for, this is your place. Thank you for 6 years great years here.

I’ve lived at Maple Grove for 6 years now. Everything has been great. Friendly management, maintenance is always here within a day for any requests that I report. I always highly recommend when people ask me where I live.

I lived at the Maple Grove apartments for 18 months, and had the best apartment experience of my life so far. I was very fortunate to find an apartment complex that was within my budget and had enough perks to definitely keep me happy while living there. The apartment managers are very friendly, quick to respond to any questions and overall very professional. 5/5 would recommend to anyone looking to live in the area.

Morgenson managed properties are the best. I lived for 2 years at their Maple Grove location and 3 years at Appleton Place...... so 5 years total. They are kind, professional and transparent in their interactions with people. I am grateful to them. By the way, both the Maple Grove and Appleton Place locations have bicycle trails nearby that ramble through the countryside for miles if you enjoy that sort of thing (I did). Cheers
