Ivy Meadows Apartments

We’ve rented here for 5 years and we absolutely loved this place. Larry is always great to deal with and is on any repairs right away. They provide snow removal and lawn care services and have put a lot of money back into the buildings over the last couple of years. Including, a new roof and siding and windows and re-black topped the driveways. Also new garage doors to boot! I would gladly recommend this place to my family and all friends!

These apartments are nice. The parking is a little goofy and they have shared laundry. They're very clean and well maintained (hallways are always tidy and don't smell weird or anything). They just got all new appliances and countertops and they look great. I don't believe they allow dogs but a lot of places don't so you can't really hold that against them. It would be a nice place to call home.

I loved living at Ivy Meadows. They take care of the property and Larry the Manager is the Best. He addresses all concerns in a timely manner.

We're very happy with renting here. Been here 5 years. They really take care of the building.

Not the nicest in Sussex, but definitely not the worst.
