Landlord is rude. Doesn’t do his job. He told me that he was going to get supplies and come back to fix my break unit and over. Never came back. When you call he never answers. If he does answer the phone it’s usually “WHAT YOU WANT” “I’LL CALL YOU BACK” then doesn’t.
