Office manages properties they know nothing of, don't communicate with service companies that are supposed to keep up the building. Windows falling out of the wall on the stairwell, flooding laundry room, heating with zero control or reliability or consistency. If you talk to one person, you can be sure no one else will know anything about it. If you show up for keys, you get tossed from one person to the next, they try to charge for every single possible thing they can while never fixing any serious issues with building security or maintenance. My first experience with janice was great, but after i got my keys everything has not been easy. You send emails no one respond to you, they have a tenant portal that i have never been able to log in. I have reach out to company but they refer me to the company they never respond. Janice was great once again after my move in not happy at all
