Mansfield on the Green Apartments

We recently moved out after completing our lease because we bought a home , but we truly loved our time living here. From day one, the experience was smooth and welcoming. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and very well maintained. It really felt like home. The management and maintenance teams were fantastic always friendly, responsive, and quick to take care of anything we needed. It made such a difference knowing we could rely on them. The community was peaceful, safe, and well kept, and we genuinely enjoyed our time here. The entire move-in and move-out process was easy and stress-free, which says a lot about how well the property is run. We’re so grateful for our time here and would highly recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a comfortable, well managed

I stopped in and was warmly welcomed by Maria. She understood I was limited on time and jumped right into guiding me. Maria genuinely cares about making sure you have all of the information to ensure you will be happy in your new apartment. The community is clean, feels safe and very well maintained. Phase 2 upgrades were thoughtfully done. Maria M. is knowledgeable and top notch in her position - she deserves recognition!! Again, thank you!

Just moved to Mansfield on the Green and Maria was SO helpful through out the entire process and made the transition easy! She was definitely part of the reason I chose to live here- she has such a genuine, sweet, and fun personality and goes above and beyond to ensure you are happy with your home. She is a true asset making this complex feel like home right away! Shout out to Cobe in maintenance for being so kind helping me get some minor fixes done so quickly and efficiently!

Sarah is amazing! My husband and I moved a big chunk of our family to Texas from Oregon. Moving to an apartment was a set back for us. However finding Mansfield On The Green made life much easier. They have so many accommodations. Gated community, two pools, gym, rec area with office, dog play areas, garages and covered parking. From the beginning Sarah has been extremely helpful guiding me through the application process. Sarah always answers the phone and her emails quickly. Sarah also made accommodations for us when we got behind a day from traveling. Sarah also helps when it has nothing to do with your apartment, she helped me with a computer issue and gave me ideas for a nail tech. Sarah even helped my son get into an apartment when he had been scammed so many other times on a place.

ROACHES!!!! ROACHES!!! ROACHES!!! Do not move here. We fully signed a lease and paid all fees and two days before our move in date they were trying to push out our move-in without giving us any explanation why. It came down to it being the day before our move in date so we had no choice but to move here. Sarah, the manager, called and admitted there was live roaches on the premises of our unit after us complaining that we have already arranged movers and had to be out of our previous home by a certain day and demanded an explanation of why our signed lease unit was not ready as expected. I attached a photo from our conversation at that time, that was recorded and it is the transcription of what Sarah stated about our unit. I repeat do not move here.
