Mandeville Mill Lofts

I have a friend who recently moved here & how they have transformed this old cotton gin into apartments is incredible. Keeping with the industrial look and managing to preserve the history is remarkable.

For your own safely I strongly suggest that you do not live here. We moved in July of 2020 and have had nothing but problems since then. Our apartment has flooded badly twice, our roofs leak in multiple spots every time it rains, and we have mold growing on the windows, on the roof, in our showers & washer/dryer (because its in the water), and it now grows on our clothes if we don't wash them weekly. After dodging our calls and not responding to our texts for months (because that's their only form of communication), they told us that there was no way for someone to know if its real mold and that they can't come and fix anything because we have an "aggressive breed of dog" (even though they are extremely friendly and are always put in their crate when management/maintenance stops by). We signed a 6 month lease with Mandeville lofts a year ago. We loved the welcoming staff and felt right at home. They have scheduled bug sprayings, and we’ve never dealt with bugs because if their diligence in taking care of the property. We are coming back to Mandeville lofts this December and we are looking forward to living here again as we continue with our historical home renovations. If you are a reasonable and responsible individual, you’ll probably get along great here.

My two children and I have lived at Mandeville for a total of more than two years, and we love it there so much! The building and grounds are clean and beautifully maintained, the rent is affordable, the management and my neighbors are all super friendly! Mandeville really takes care of its people. If you ever have an issue, all you have to do is stop by or call the office and they'll send someone to your unit right away. And they seem genuinely happy to be there helping you! It's like a big family that helps me take care of my little family. Lots of cute doggies live there too!

LOVE these lofts. Definitely the most beautiful space I have ever lived in. The staff are always super helpful and understanding on top of that. As a mom, it is really important to me who our neighbors are. In just a short while I have made several friends with all different types of people, and so have my kids! Every living space has its downsides, but here the benefits definitely outweigh anything that could be perceived as undesirable. Strongly recommend checking this place out!
