Manassas Station Apartments

Just arriving and so far so good. I can appreciate the effort to keep the building well maintained, the apartments are very nice, and so reasonably priced. Shoutout to the office and maintenance teams making things happen for new residents like myself! I feel at home already and with proximity to my favorites like old town, the farmers market, first Fridays and VRE, I can walk and enjoy everything right outside the community.

I Just moved in my apartment had an issue with my air conditioner about week later. Did a service request that morning. I called the office informed both ladies in the office about my service request. I was worried due to the past reviews on time frame on fixing the air for the unit. Coming home my air was fixed the same day I have not had any issues with cooling ever since. Thank you for having a speedy response time both ladies in the leasing office are great Ann and Sonia are great 😊

Wonderful location within walking distance of the Manassas train station. Convenient to downtown Historic Manassas with many charming small shops. The Farmers Market is every Saturday and is directly on the other side of the parking lot for the complex. The apartments are spacious and tastefully decorated. The balconies are a nice touch too. It's nice to sit outside in the evening and listen to the train go by. A great small town feel that is convenient to everything you could need. The on-site staff is friendly and great to work with. Very glad I moved here.

I have passed by Manassas Station East apartments on my way to Olde Town Manassas and always thought they looked like a nice place to live. My son is relocating back to this area so I stopped into the leasing office to get some information. Even though I didn’t have an appointment for a tour, Ann made time for me . She showed me two different apartment options and graciously answered all of my inquiries about renting there. She was knowledgeable and friendly….a great combination. She followed up the next day in case I had questions I hadn’t thought of when touring. Which I did! Excellent experience all around.

I like the location and the fitness center, but there are quite a few issues... ongoing issue with overflowing dumpsters and trashcans left in the hallway, so that it always smells of garbage, when you are getting on/off the elevator and frequently in the hallway. We had an issue with extremely noisy neighbors that management failed to resolve (they eventually moved when their lease was up). The dryer never really works, although we've had it "fixed", we supposedly live in a smoke free building, but the smell of marijuana is ubiquitous... overall, I say not a great value for the price,
